General information: Our modern 3 bedroom villa is situated on the Waterways in the quiet community of Whitianga on the east coast of the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the prestigous waterways. It is a brand new, tastefully decorated holiday home and has been professionally furnished and equipped throughout. The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with ensuite, double bedroom and twin bedded room 2 living areas, laundry (equipped with washer/dryer, an ironing board and iron also provided) and carpeted internal access garage which serves as a bunk house with queensize bed and two singles.
Lounge: Hosts a large TV, with comfortable leather lounge suite, and doors which lead out to the balcony with furniture. Sit and dine in our wonderful sun-drenched dining area with views of the canal.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a fitted gas hobbs/electric oven/ microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. You will not want for anything in this beautifully decorated kitchen
Bedrooom(s): All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, they comprise of one superking, one double and one twin. All have fitted wardrobes, and the master bedroom has en-suite bathroom facilities.
Bathroom(s): The main bathroom is stunning with freestanding bath for pampering yourself. There is a separate toilet. Plus master bedroom has en-suite with a shower. The bathrooms are tastefully decorated.
