Rates: A refundable bond of $450 plus a cleaning fee at the end of your stay of $70 for up to six people and $100 for seven to ten people. An earlier check out time of 11am is required for 7 to 10 people.

Sandy bay is a well known surf beach 10 minutes away. The Poor Knights marine reserve is world renown for diving, approximately 30mins in a boat from Tutukaka. The city of Whangarei is a half an hour drive away offering many facilities for those wet days. Three notable cafes/ restaurants available in the Tutukaka marina.
