There is a one bedroom unit that is partially underneath this unit (basement style) but does not front onto beach area at all just carparking area. There are stairs that lead up to unit and then it is level with ground.
Only 25 mins north of CBD Auckland. Waiwera thermal resort and spa 5 mins drive north. Great central spot to explore vineyards further north, Silverdale with factory shops, indoor Snow Centre for skiing, go-kart racing, bumper boats and the Auckland Luge. Whangaparaoa peninsula is surrounded by beautiful beaches has 3 great golf courses, world class marina at Gulf Harbour where you can catch the ferry to CBD Auckland. Great childrens playground and reserve on beachfront just a short walk away.
