Location: Aspen Grove is an exclusive suburb, basking in spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables mountain range and downtown Queenstown. Ibon House enjoys an especially iconic position, occupying it's own hillside point.

Walk-in level: large and spacious, Ibon House maximises its jaw-dropping views of Queenstown Bay and mountains with floor to ceiling windows in the lounge. A feature stack stone open fireplace provides toasty ambience after a day's skiing, plus the SkyTV package includes full sports channels. Kitchen and dining on this level, enjoying the amazing outlook, along with a laundry and separate lavatory.

Downstairs: room for all the family or group, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Outdoor living: fantastic, sheltered private BBQ courtyard at the back of the home; landscaped gardens and a private hiking trail.

Glen , Fiona and the goodstays team were extremely helpful and accomodating to our family as we had several hiccups along the way with the Ash cloud and being "snowed in" on the last day . thanks again for all of your help
