Never got to use the house due to the owners negligence in her failure to tick off that we had paid the deposit hence she re-booked and refused 3 weeks out from our booked stay with her to cancel the other partys booking and re-affirm ours. ... Read more

Owner's reply: I have been renting my house for over 4 years and have not had a glitch in all that time. I send receipts for all payments so if you don't recieve one with the details of keys etc you would be alerted to something amiss and email me.
