Pittaways Cottage is a unique blend of historical character and comfort. Built in 1875, this tastefully refurbished stone miners cottage is on Arrowtown’s famous tree-lined Buckingham Street, just two minutes level walk from boutique shops and award-winning restaurants. A cosy TV room features plush leather, old books and a wood fire. The two bedrooms (queen and twin/king) have crisp linen, and in the private bathroom there’s a double spa bath with a shower over. The cottage is decorated with original paintings by fabric artist Leslie Duggan. An exclusive use patio is set amidst mature trees. Freezer, barbeque and laundry available on site. A separate self-contained studio unit is also available - this is listed separately. The adjoining owner’s flat is sometimes available for longer term stays - the cottage and the flat can interconnect, easily accommodating two families or three generations holidaying together.
