Self catering: kitchen with all utensils, crockery & cutlery, fridge/freezer, microwave, hotplates & bench-top oven.SKY (includes movies & sport)Flat screen Tv, DVD (small movie library available) ,CD/AM/FM /iPod mini stereo, bedside clock radio with iPod/iPhone dock.All linen provided.Each unit has separate under-cover bbq.Indoor & outdoor dining. Dinghy & kayaks available. Short level walk to Kawau Is yacht Club which is the only shop on the Island (Shop, Bar, Takeaway or Bistro Meals, petrol & diesel at wharf). Good bush walks, safe swimming & fishing off rocks or jetty. Children over 10 welcome in (rear) family unit subject to other bookings .
Access by all tide pontoon jetty. Sheltered mooring for up to 40ft available on application at no charge.

Rates: Front Unit normal rate $200 per night for two people. Rear unit $185 for two people. Winter rates shown above exclude Queen's Birthday and Labour Weekend. Minimum stay two nights except Easter 3 night minimum and Peak 20 December to 31 January 5 night minimum ( Occasional shorter periods may be available if they can be fitted in around other bookings, please ask).
Weekend one night-two full day stay with early check-in and late check-out $250/$220 for two people, winter rates less 10%.
Additional guests $20 each.Maximum 4 people per unit(Max total guests 8) on application.
Layout is King/Queen bedroom, separate bathroom & two double bed-setees in the spacious lounge. Children over 10yrs welcome in family unit. Winter rates Our check-in and check-out times can usually be flexible. Let us know what you want & we will try to meet your request. Also available is the luxury master unit at $450 per night, two night minimum, for two adults only.Sorry no children in the Master unit. Full details on our website.
