Great coastal panoramic views and Only 8 min's drive to the beach...This is in a peaceful,rural setting in the Papamoa hills,adjacent to our own house and yet private, minutes away from the beach and hussle and bussle of Tauranga/Mt Maunganui. Outlook is over foliage and Pines, and on to sea views.
We are in the Papamoa Hills off Welcome Bay Rd which comes off the Mt Maunganui to Te Puke/Rotorua Highway.

Quite happy & contented with the facilities, location & quick respones from Rob & Deb on our querries. Place is quite nice neat, tidy, tastefully done, warm & welcoming. JUST FANTASTIC.

This is a beautiful little cottage in a gorgeous quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the coast but yet only a short drive to the beaches. Lovely family, excellent hosts. Very well equipped and private. Recommended!!!

*Driving Distances* Golf course and Mountain biking/walking tracks 3 min's up Reid Rd,...7-8 min's to Patrolled Papamoa surf beach,...Fashion Island shopping,...Fun Blow-carting,...10 min's to Bayfair shopping/Cafes...and Speedway,...17 min's to main Mt Maunganui surf beach ,Hot pools, clean safe swimming Harbour bay (Pilot Bay), Restaurants,variety shopping etc....Nice walk up the Rd to Papamoa cultural heritage park and awesome views over the Bay....etc etc atc.. Rotorua Township 1hr's drive. Beautiful Lakes Rotoma and Rotoiti all within 1 to 1.5 Hrs drive.
