Rates: Sleeps 8, but for short term only....... A weekend. Long term is too hard on the facilities. Water Tank, septic Tank. One bathroom! Smoking outside only please.
Animals are $5.00 each night. If this is full, try Alpine escape 16496 at the Nelson lakes! Or ring for Para para Esplanade, Golden Bay. 2 En suite bedrooms available $150, and $85 per night.
Christmas bookings after August. 50% deposit. 50% 1 month before arrival. Should a cancelation occur, a refund is given once the same dates have been booked again to the same value.
This is a self service cottage. Please leave it as you found it for the next person. Should you require a cleaner, please leave $40. Thank you.
