The perfect home for your family to relax and enjoy the beach. This home is fully furnished and equipped for all your needs. A spacious, modern 2 story house with extensive sea views. Mum and Dad can relax upstairs, kids play downstairs....or on tennis courts, playground, beach...
Warm and sunny with a lovely deck that opens off the lounge.
No roads to cross to get to the beach ,located on quiet street with tennis court across the road and only two minute walk to the walk to a childrens' playground and surf club.
Two living spaces allows two families to holiday together, along with a caravan power connection on site. Comfortable new lounge suite with plenty of space. Sleeps 9 people with extra mattresess available.The master bedroom has a king bed.Other bedrooms are downstairs, one with a bunk bed and a single and the other has a King bed. Downstairs lounge has a fold out double sofa and space for mattresses. Main upstairs lounge has free view tv, dvd and vidoe player, plus stereo with CD and i Pod dock. Dvd player and children's videos and dvds also availalble downstairs. Board games and fuseball table also provided for wet days.
Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs plus extra outdoor heated shower to remove all the sand!.
Guests are expected to keep the house clean and tidy for the next guests. Alternatively, a cleaner can be arranged for a minimal cost.
NOTE: Guests need to supply their own linen (unless previously arranged to hire). Pillows, blankets, mattress protectors and duvets supplied.

Blowhole, estuary and bush walks - all great for children. Great fishing and a patroled surf beach over summer and long weekends. Surf club also offers childrens program during the summer holiday period and bar often opens for visitors on weekends through out the year.
A tranquil, unspoiled, spot with one shop(that offer everything) yet 10 minutes North is Whangamata and 15 minutes south is Waihi.

Absolutley loved the house. no shortage of face. Very homely. Visited over Beach hop weekend and with Whangamata only 10 mins away it was awesome as it was away from the hussle and bustle but close enough at the same time.
