Three bedroom duplex (one of two)near centre of ocean beach, getting the sun all day.Ideally sleeps 6 but enquire if you have more. The house has two large decks , so that one is always sheltered. The main one ,( seen in the night photo and in the gallery photos) overlooks the ocean with the view seen in photo #2.All the wooden deck railings have been replaced with clear glass balustrades for an unobstructed view of the ocean. The house has 270° views back to the hills and down to the south end of the beach. It has open plan living with a large living area .This is a comfortable holiday house with all modern appliances--dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer,2 TVs ,video and DVD player,stereo system , breadmaker, expresso

Centrally located with 360° views of sea and hills, and only seconds from the ocean beach, with good swimming whatever the state of the tide. Only a short distance to the patrolled section of the beach, though we have always found the swimming directly in front of the house to be perfectly safe.

Historic gold mines,9,10 and 18 hole golf courses,mini golf, driving range , tennis, arts and craft trail. Shopping centre with supermarket,takeaways,cafes, doctor,liquor, video hire ,but when you are in our house you are unaware that civilisation exists close by!
