44 Panorama Terrace is a three-bedroom holiday home with a connecting three bedroom apartment plus a games room. If required the house can be rented without the apartment, which would be locked and empty. The property can accommodate up to five couples and two single in separate rooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 a king size/twin convertible and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. In the apartment Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has a king size/twin convertible and Bedroom 3 has a single bed plus a single rollaway bed. Tables, lamps and clock radios are by all beds. The beds throughout are made up and fresh linen is supplied, all have duvets, electric blankets and plenty of pillows. New carpet has recently being laid throughout the property.

The fully equipped kitchen (includes a twin drawer dishwasher, microwave) is open to the living room and has superb views, opening on to a large deck with barbeque. Ample crockery and glassware is supplied as well as tea, coffee and a wide range of kitchen supplies.

The dining and living room area has been tastefully decorated to create excellent ambience for your own in-house eating at the large dining table. In the living room new leather couches plus chairs take full advantage of the spectacular views. A new gas fire plus electric heating creates a very attractive and relaxing atmosphere. The living area has Sky digital television with teletext, video, tape/CD player.

Free Wireless Internet Access is available.

The games room is downstairs and includes a second television, two couches, a divan and a pool table. There is excellent drying there for ski clothing.

The modern bathroom has a bath and separate shower with underfloor heating and heated towel rails. The separate toilet is new with underfloor heating. A commercial hot water cylinder ensures an endless supply of hot water. The laundry has a new automatic washing machine and dryer. Telephone is connected and fax is available on request. Parking for three cars is under cover by the front door and well off the street.

The 3 bedroom apartment with new bathroom and separate toilet (both with underfloor heating) and kitchen/lounge is adjoining, this can be rented in conjunction with the house, it is not rented separately and is locked and empty if not required.

The property is available most of year. The tariff is $180 to $350/night; with adjoining 3-bedroom apartment $240 to $650/night.

So many thanks for making your beautiful Queenstown home available to us for the past week. Although Queenstown has much to offer in the way of activities, Andy and I found it difficult to leave the breathtaking vistas we saw each day from 44 Panorama Terrace. Living in Colorado, we felt very comfortable in the lodge-like furnishings of your house and definitely appreciated the wireless internet and Sky television channels for the evening sports and movies. The house was spotless when we arrived and the bedding was excellent. Having a washer and dryer right here was very convenient. Working in the airline industry for the past twenty years has afforded us many opportunities for travel; we have rented villas and houses all over the world and your house here in Queenstown certainly ranks among our favorites.
