A lovely modern 4 bedroom, three bathroom home situated at Lake Rotoma. It has ample parking for your boat and cars and is fenced for the kids.
The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. One bedroom is within a self contained sleep-out with kitchen and bathroom facilities - ideal for teenagers or an extra couple.
Rotoma is the cleanest of all the Rotorua lakes and has no algae problem.
The house is in an elevated position in a quiet street with a park less than 100 metres away. It is three minutes drive to the lake, boat ramp, grocery store, bottle store, take-away bar and garage and two minutes drive from Rotoma's famous Soda Springs.

A note to say the biggest "thank you" for what was a truly lovely holiday for us all.
The house is in such a peaceful and realaxing setting, absolutely big
enough for all of us with some room to spare, our only complaint is that the stay
wasn't quite long enough ... needless to say, we'd love to return again.
The children enjoyed the park nearby and, and it was a relaxing family holiday for us all!
