Two spacious bedrooms and a study/third bedroom with double sofa bed complete the sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has its own private en-suite. The main bathroom is beautifully finished in tiles with luxury under floor heating. The spacious open plan living rooms flow onto a spacious deck to enjoy the private, sunny, fenced yard. The sheltered garden encourages you to enjoy al fresco dining on balmy coastal evenings. There is even a petanque piste so you can enjoy a game of boules. A cosy wood burner will warm the entire house - if your stay is during cooler months.
Your home is fully equipped with comfortable furnishings and modern conveniences; including double oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas BBQ, stereo, DVD player and television with cable TV.
