Enjoy the 2 kayaks at 'Lazy Dayz Beach House' right on the beach at Patons Rock with wonderful north facing views.A path past the double garage leads into a private garden with the front garden facing the beach; The verandah runs the length of the house on this side making it a lovely relaxing place and a safe haven for the children to play. A tiled entry leads into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, all facing directly out to sea with ranch sliders onto the verandah. There is a seperate laundry, family-size bathroom and ensuite plus a log-fire in the lounge for winter warmth. The gas BBQ caters for your outdoor dining. There are four bedrooms, three of which take maximum advantage of this majestic location. The master bedroom has an ensuite and stacker doors lead onto a terrace bordering the waterfront courtyard. Right at the other end of the house is another very large bedroom with French doors out onto the garden and seafront.The third and fourth bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The area enjoys a very mild microclimate, and has only a handful of very light frosts in the winter. Watch the sun and moon rise from the sea - the tide come and go - this is truly a magic place, especially when there are dolphins passing by from time to time. Added bonus is the use of the two kayaks.

Best way to describe Lazy Daze, it was a home away from home. Location excellent, beach right at the door step. Nice and warm with fire. Hightlight was taking the sea kayaks out on the calm water.
