This cottage is centrally situated only 15 minutes drive from Rotorua and 45 minutes from Tauranga.

This spacious and tastefully decorated cottage can sleep five. The separate bedroom has a queen sized bed, electric blanket, plenty of storage space as well as a fold out single bed.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for self catering.
Continental Breakfast provisionsinclude free range eggs and homemade bread, as well as complementary tea and coffee provided.
Lounge: Offers extra bedding with a comfortable sofa bed, LCD TV,DVD, CD/tape player/radio.
Bathroom: Shower, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.
Laundry: Auto washer, ironing facilities.
Porta cot, highchair, toys and DVD's to entertain the kids.
