Explore the far, far north from our well appointed self contained cottage in beautiful tranquil location. Cape Reinga is only an hour's drive away and it's only 20 mins to 90 Mile Beach or 15 mins to the gorgeous white sand east coast beaches. The cosy cottage is spacious and immaculately clean with most mod cons. It's seldom cold here in the north but you will probably still enjoy a snuggly evening by the fire (loads of firewood provided), after your day's activities. One separate bedroom with Queen Bed and Sofa bed in lounge. The cottage is situated on our King Protea farm where flowers are grown for both export and the local market. Fishermen - heaps of safe parking for your boat and trailer and a fish prep area. The well equipped kitchen along with gas BBQ make meal preparation simple and it's just a short drive to local restaurants for sit down service or takeaways if that's your preference. As our guest you are welcome to stroll among the flowers which are grown for the export market and you'll probably come across a horse or two if you venture over the bridge to the back of the farm where rabbits, hares, turkeys, quail and a variety of other wild creatures may pop up to surprise you.
