Fully furnished 3 bedroom home approx 100m from the beach, sleeping 8 with full linen, all beds/cots pre-made upon arrival. Beach access adjoins property. Sky TV, broadband internet, Espresso Machine, dishwasher.
The Papamoa Beach Retreat has been designed to feel like "home" to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday; kick start your day with a latte, cappuccino or a long black and a walk along the beach.
The section is fully fenced and has a gate adjoining the public beach access. There are two decks both furnished with outdoor tables & chairs and the large deck has a six burner BBQ and 8 person outdoor dining table. The property is situated on the beach side of Papamoa Beach Road and backs onto Karewa Parade.
A great choice for families with infants and toddlers as there is no need to bring extra kit with you; the house is equipped with full cot, a porta-cot (with change station), a supply of infant linen, toddler tables & chairs (indoor & outdoor), child safety locks and toys for most age ranges. There is also a very well equipped playground within 2 minutes walk.
For older children there is a range of DVD's and board games available for use and we are within 2 min drive to the popular blo-karting track.
The Papamoa Beach Retreat is also a good low cost choice for couples wanting to get away together with friends as there are two queen size bedrooms.
We realise that people want the choice to be connected to the world, or not. For those that do, there are 2 TV's both with independent cable TV (including sports channels). We also provide a broadband internet connection, and there is a printer/fax avaialble if you need it.
There are convenience shops, cafe, restaurant within walking distance. We are a 5 minute drive to Papamoa Domain and 15 minute drive to the Mount.
Please note there is no view of the beach from the house.

FULL PAYMENT TO BE MADE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO STAY.
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY WITH EXCEPTION OF DECEMBER AND JANUARY, WHERE A 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY APPLIES.
