Our group of 6 stayed here recently. It is a very very clean and well-kept house at a resonable price. Also just a very short drive to the heart of town.

Brockworth on the Park is located in what is arguably one of the best locations in Christchurch. The private ground floor garden is lovely but the view of Hagley Park from the balcony off the main bedroom is wonderful.
If you are relocating to Christchurch a stay at Brockworth on the Park puts your family in the Boys High and Girls High School zone. It is also very close to all of the private schools in the City area.Christchurch Public Hospital and Westfield Shopping Mall( which has a Hoyts movie theatre complex, a supermarket and lots of other shopping) are located 1km away.Hagley Park golf course is a 500metre walk away.Mt Hutt Ski field is a 90 minute drive away and Addington and Riccarton horse racing tracks are close by.
