Walk to top Martinborough Vineyards. Town Square and top restaurants within walking distance. Drive to Lake Ferry, Greytown, Carterton, Masterton, Mount Bruce all in under one hours drive. A brand new bathroom (May 07) has just been installed with a deep claw foot bath and a brand new roomy shower.

Rates: Rates are $250 for the first couple and $50 for each additional person per night. No charge for children under 2. We have a requirement of minimum revenue from one stay of $500 and between 1st December and 31st March all bookings must be for minimum 2 days stay. In the period December 20th to January 7th we will require longer bookings with higher occupancy.
Special prices will be negotiated for stays longer than 5 days. Please email mikenel@xtra.co.nz. For Toast Martinborough and the Martinborough fair weekends we require full occupancy for a minimum of 2 days at increased rates. For extended weekends such as Labour Weekend, Queens Birthday etc we require a substantial booking of either people or days or both. Easter weekend we require a minimum of 3 days and full occupancy or 4 days with lower occupancy. Toast is held on the 3rd weekend of November each year the fairs are the first weekends in February and March.
We have accommodation for 10 in four rooms as follows:
House No 1 Bedroom 1 Super King Size Bed
House No 2 Bedroom 1 Super King Size Bed
Sleepout No 1 Double Bed and ensuite
Sleepout No 2 one Super King and two singles and ensuite. The Super King can be two singles if requested.
Note the King size beds can be converted to single beds by arrangement.
