Hydrabad Court is a brand new four bedroom house which will be completed and available for rent from 7 January. It has all the mod cons. It has four bedrooms and sleeps 10 people easily. Most of the beds in the house are brand new with the ultimate comfort in mind for guests.
The kitchen is great for cooking and includes a big 900mm wide electric range gas oven, a double icemaker fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc.
There is a very large deck which is big enough for small children to use ride-ons and has a brand new bbq on it. We now have a newly completed Astroturf Tennis court available for your shared use with one other bach - Hydrabad Views. The deck overlooks the tennis court so you can keep an eye on the children while you are enjoying some time out.
There is a children's playground, including swings and monkey bars. Lots of room to kick a ball around.
We have freeview digital TV but if you have Sky digital at home you can bring it to plug into our satalite dish and receive Sky TV. There is a 40" LCD TV in the lounge and a 32" LCD TV in the bunk bedroom.
There are two wings to the house. The eastern wing has two bedrooms; the main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite; the second bedroom has a king single and a single bed.
The western wing has two bedrooms; one has a queen bed and a set of bunks; the second bedroom has a king single and a single bed in it. This wing also has the main Bathroom which has a Toilet, Shower and Bath.

Rates & availability
Rates: A minimum weekend rate of $270 for up to 2 adults and 2 children for two nights, plus a $70 cleaning and rubbish disposal fee is charged. An extra charge of $20 per adult and $10 per child applies for additional guests for each extra night.

The beach can be accessed from the end of Hydrabad Drive, so a short 10 minute walk from the bach. Also at the end of Hydrabad Drive (again a ten minute walk) is a forest which is great for kids to play in. The Four Square Dairy and two cafes are a 20 minute walk from bach. There is a public park within a 5 minute walk as well.
