'City Bach' is a very comfortable 2-bedroom inner city apartment that can sleep up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed; second bedroom has a king single (can sleep 2); + two single mattresses for use on the floor in the living room.

City Bach has wireless broadband internet & SKY TV (with 5 sports channels) & Freeview TV.

It is 15 minutes drive from Wellington Airport, 15 minutes walk to Wellington Railway Station, 20 minutes walk to The Stadium and 5 minutes walk to the City's beautiful waterfront & Te Papa. Is just over the road from the Michael Fowler Centre / Wellington Town Hall, & on the edge of the city's vibrant Cuba Quarter.

City Bach doesn't have its own carpark but there are 2 paying carparks within a few minutes walking distance - The Lombard (28 Bond Street) and The James Smith (162 Wakefield Street) Carparks.

There are numerous great cafes & restaurants nearby. The apartment is above Felix Cafe - try the coffee there! Ten metres along from the 'City Bach' entrance is FINC - a lovely artisan-type cafe that does wonderful breakfasts and lunches!. Step another 100 metres along Wakefield St and you'll find yourself outside The Lido - this cafe is legendary for its fabulous food and vibrant atmosphere. Head into Civic Square (over the road) to find the lovely Nikau Cafe. Right next to it is the fabulous City Gallery - a must for art-lovers.

Self-catering is very easy with two wonderful supermarkets (New World Metro and New World Chaffers Street) and the fabulous Dixon Street Delicatessen shop all within easy walking distance.

Balance: 60% due seven days before stay commences OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS: Maximum of FIVE occupants. Use of the property is for residential & lawful purposes only. Smoking not allowed in 'City Bach' or any part of the apartment building. No pets allowed. No loud parties. A $100 fee will apply to each set of keys lost. If you need assistance to re-enter the building a $100 call-out fee will apply. If soiling occurs a $200 fee will apply. If smoke alarms are activated in 'City Bach' & result in the NZ Fire Service being called to the apartment, a call-out fee of $1200 will be incurred by you and will be passed on to the Fire Service.
