80acres of beautiful Queens Park, Rugby Park, Aquatic centre and Southland’s Sport Stadium & Velodrome.
A five minute drive to Invercargill Airport, Southland Hospital and close to excellent trout fishing rivers. 10 mins from Oreti Beach. The Southern Scenic Route nearby.
Close to Catlins,Gateway to Stewart Island. 2 hours from mountains and lakes.

One of the best places we stayed on our New Zealand holiday. Quiet, private, and well appointed, and our host was charming and easy to work with. It was exactly what we were looking for.
