Great little Bach, nice and comfy with new carpet and vinyl. Handy to town. Had everything we needed for our stay. Ian was really helpful and obliging as we arranged this on very short notice. We did enjoy our stay.

The $110 rate for this house is probably right. It's tidy, comfortable and close to amenities but is all rather 'tired' with regard to the interior and the outside furniture is very unappealing. The beds are good and comfortable to sleep in. The street is quiet.

Thank you for your comments , it is unfortunate that Avenue heights was not up to your expectations . We offer excellent prices , comfortable and clean accomodation , it was dissappointing that the key lock was left in a damaged condition .
