Welcome to our very sunny blonded lockwood house at Pauanui Beach. It is situated in a quiet culdesac backing onto Kennedy Park. We hope you will enjoy the house with its three bedrooms, the master having its own ensuite. The kitchen has all the mod cons to make your holiday easy - a dishwasher (essential for any holiday), microwave, etc. There is a fantastic open plan lounge and dining area, which easily merges with the large outside deck, which of course has a BBQ and outdoor furniture. Relax and enjoy all the delights that Pauanui has to offer. You can do as much as you want or do absolutely nothing. Pauanui has the most beautiful beach and we are 2 mins walk to the patrolled area. We have all the facilities you could wish for in an area boat ramp, sandy beach, estuary, tennis courts, 2 golf courses, playgrounds, mountain walks. We promise that you will enjoy spending time at our house.
