A coastal hideaway to soothe the soul.

The Point looks out over Raglan’s inner harbour to Mt Karioi and can accommodate a total of 8 people.

The Bach itself features two double bedrooms and a relaxing open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Bifold windows open onto the expansive deck bringing the striking view right into the house. Both bedrooms open onto decks along the front and side of the Bach.

The Barn House is a spacious open plan design with a luxurious queen bed, two singles beds and a lounge area.

“I bought a view…and the house came with it…” - Winston Churchill.

And ain’t that the truth. What a magical, tranquil sanctuary!!

Lay back on the deck on the old cane sunlounger, looking over Mt. Karioi and the inner harbour. Take the winding path down to the harbour walkway for a leisurely stroll around the bay. Listen to the gulls, Tui’s and Morepork’s while reading a book or flicking through a magazine.

Ahh, this is heaven – you will have to be prised out of here – you will never want to leave. ???All you have to do is arrive…

We had THE BEST stay here in beautiful Raglan! The view is just amazing from the deck, the lounge and also so nice to wake up to see it from the bedroom! The house is quite spacious but feels very cozy. It's so peaceful, relaxing and also very private. There is a great walk you can do from the house down to the estuary. Would recommend to all!

It's all about the view! There are many things to like about Point House but the view steals the show. No matter what the time of day or the weather it's impossible not to find yourself stooping and looking across the water.

The house accommodates a small or large group with ease and is comfortable and relaxing. The wood burner stove heats the house on those chilly nights and the huge deck is the place to be on a sunny day.

With the town of Raglan just a walk away on the bush track at the foot of the block this is the perfect getaway location.

We had a wonderful time at The Point House. The location is fantastic, secluded in bush and very private, but only minutes from town and the famous surf beaches. The house is very well appointed with lovely homely furniture and a log fire to keep the place cosy. The track down to the water was fantastic for walks. The expansive deck was blissful in the afternoon sun. And the view is amazing - you could spend the whole day watching the tide come in and out with Mt Karioi standing tall in the background. Loved it - will definitely come again!

Beautiful, secluded, amazingly furnished, and altogether comfortable. I could have sat for hours just watching the view change. Couldn't think of anything that I would change about the place, I wish I could live there!

We had a brilliant time at The Point House, Raglan. It is nestled away in a secluded part of Raglan where you really do feel like you are 'getting away' from it all. Five minutes drive takes you to a surf beach, a wharf or the beautiful Bridal Veil Falls. There is so much to do and then at the end of the day you can unwind and relax at The Point Bach as you look out at a tremendous view that changes by the minute. We had three kids along for the ride and they loved it - loads of places to explore and lots of fun walks. I would totally recommend this Bach. Loved it.

The wood burner heated up the house very quickly and made for a cosy evening. The township is a 5 min walk away and there was a lovely bush walk along the estuary which you can access from the property. Plenty of beds too. I highly recommend staying here.
