refreshed. In our renovated cape cod cottage
you will simply walk in the door and relax! The decor will
impress. Carefully designed to be both stylish and comfortable, its
perfect for you to wind down and recharge your batteries.
The views will take your breath away. From Slipper Island
to the north, the Aldermans and Mayor Island in the south, enjoy
uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean. Truly spectacular.
Large decks on three sides are perfect for outdoor dining or just
enjoying the beach and country air. A Kent fire will keep you cosy in
winter.
A five minute walk or two minute drive down the hill and you are on
the beach. Play tennis overlooking the ocean then recover with a well
earned cappuccino at the cafe/restaurant, or an icecream from the local
store.
Take a short 8 minute drive through the pine forest to the resort town of
Whangamata. Ideal for shopping, restaurant and cafe dining and
walking the five kilometres of white sand beach.
SELF CONTAINED STUDIO. We also have a lovely self contained studio next to the house(see photos), which is ideal if you want a little extra space and privacy. This is not rented out separately (ie it is empty if house guests do not require it). The exception is Beach Hop were it may be rented for couples or singles. Additional cost - $40 per night ($80 Beach Hop). Double bed, own bathroom - additional to beds and baths detailed below.
