Fully equipped waterfront property. 100 yr old kauri bach style. Stunning views facing northwest and of the harbour. The cottage is set in the central part of the historic town of Rawene on the Hokianga. It is only minutes away from an award winning cafe, the Boatshed. There is a restaurant at the Hotel, a ferry trip to historic Kohukohu, a small beach, Clendon House - Historic Places, other historic houses, library and a 4 Square and organic vegetables shop on your door step. There is a boat ramp ( near by ), hot water, flush toilet, deck chairs, deck, bath,fridge, stove, washing machine, all the required kitchen gear and a garden suitable for tents. There are many activities available like kayaking and windsurfing from the front garden, fishing, golf, horse riding. With a 15 min drive you have sandboarding at Opononi and 30min drive you are at the Waipoua forest and visit Tane Mahuta the 'largest' Kauri tree. Finally you are 45min drive to the Bay of Islands.
