Our beautiful 10 year old 300 sq metre home is positioned on a knoll overlooking the harbour in a mature native bush in a private ROW setting.
Formal lounge and dining rooms, although friends and family tend to congregate in very sunny open plan family living area. This area consists of a large modern kitchen, casual dining and family room.
There is a 100 sq foot roof deck which has stunning views.
To enter the home, one walks over a fish pond to gain access, a tropical garden greets you under the stairwell.
Within walking distance to our local quaint village which comprises cafe's, restaurants, galleries, gift shops, PO and supermarket.
WE ARE FAR FROM ANTI-CHILDREN, BUT THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN SORRY. However our holiday home in Surfers Paradise, www.wardsparadise.com and our Vanuatu homes www.vanuatuharbourretreats.com are both child friendly.
$200 per night up to 4. And $20 p/n additional guests. Plus a $300 refundable bond.
