The Rotary Pathways for cycling and walking link us to Napier and Havelock North. It is a wonderful way to see the Heretaunga Plains.
Cape Kidnappers Gannet Colony,Wineries,wonderful restaurants and cafes are only a short drive away. Beaches, golf courses and shopping close by. We are situated between Hastings and the Art Deco City, Napier.
Birchcroft is a studio sized self contained cottage with one bedroom and is set in our beautiful home garden which is surrounded by Orchard.
Cooking facilities include a microwave, a single element benchtop oven, electric frypan for roasting,a toasted sandwich maker and toaster or cook alfresco on the Gas BBQ
The outdoor area is set in a peaceful garden setting with a Gas BBQ. The orchard has access to the Tuki Tuki River which is reknown for excellent trout fishing and whitebaiting.
Birchcroft is 2 minutes drive to Haumoana and up to 5 minutes drive to Te Awanga and Clive.

Rates: Birchcroft comfortably sleeps double in queen sized bed. There is a sofa bed also. If you want to bring your own linen, we will reduce the nightly rate on request.
A deposit of one night is required which is non-refundable upon cancellation. We accept payment on-line with internet banking. We do not have facilities for credit cards or eft-pos.

NB:Birchcroft is studio sized and does not have a washing machine.

Nearby attractions & activities
We are 5 minutes to Cape Kidnappers Gannet Colony. We are situated among superb wineries and orchards. Art Deco Napier, Hastings Splash Planet, Boutique Shopping in Havelock North and golf courses are about 10 minutes away. We are on the Tuki Tuki River which is renown for trout fishing with other rivers and beaches close by. Hawkes Bay has wonderful restaurants and wineries with the emphasis on great fresh produce and excellent wines.
