Self-contained bach directly facing quiet, grassed reserve and adjoining the Matapouri estuary. The main beach is a short walk or an even shorter swim away. It's a pleasure to be there and always hard to leave. Please check dates noted as available before inquiring.
Additional items include: wringer-type washing maching, a good range of kitchen utensils etc., toasted sandwich-maker and a pool table.
Please bring your own bedding (including duvet or equivilent) and towels. We can assist for overseas visitors or unusual circumstances.

Bond and balance: $200 bond payable with balance 2 weeks before tenancy commences. Bond returned in full if property is left in a clean, intact and undamaged state. Final cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.

Had a great stay. Unfortunate previous comments...washing machine worked fine (it is old school with ringer on top). No flea worry at all. Owner kind and accommodating. Bach outfitted with all the necessary stuff plus some.

Nearby attractions & activities
Store and tennis court are a short walk away. Horse Trekking is available locally. Fantastic beaches are all available within a short distance; the likes of Sandy Bay (surfing), Wooley's Bay, Whale Bay, the Ngunguru Estuary and Beach plus Matapouri Bay itself(Family swimming). The two estuaries are great for kayaking and rowing. Marina and launching facilities are available at Tutukaka as an embarkation point for trips to the Poor Knights Islands (12 miles offshore), wreck dives and costal trips fishing, diving or sightseeing.
