On a gentle hill only 700 metres easy walk to stunning Hahei beach, (and less to the shop), is 2800m2 of peaceful, private grassland with many mature trees. A long lazy swing hangs from the old pepper tree. Throw the big mat under the trees and hook up the hammocks. This, along with the acres of unspoilt pasture view to the left and the sea to the fore is a unique sanctuary. Watch out for the quails, the turkeys, the rabbits and the pheasants. Listen for the morepork who you may see at night in the walnut tree. A bonus is the many old fruit and nut trees; something is almost always ripe.

Perfect also for one or two families. One per floor and share the fun. The ground floor has a huge open plan living area, two bathrooms, separate laundry and two bedrooms opening to the deck. Upstairs there is a second living area, a bathroom and two more bedrooms. Both master bedrooms are large and have ensuite bathrooms. A bunk room and a twin room complete the comfortable sleeping arrangments. Freeview TV, games and various equipment are here for your entertainment.
