A one bedroomed unit/flat attached to our home in Russell with wonderful views out over Russell and Paihia. Open plan lounge and kitchen, queen sized bed in bedroom and large bathroom. Sunny and warm with deck on view side - great for the watching the sunsets whilst sipping a G & T! The flat is completely private from our house. Resident little dog and two cats but our animals do not go into the flat. (Sofa/settee in lounge for an extra guest).
We also have a resident Pukeko 'Pavorotti' who is a charmer, mostly. I do bird rescue for our area so mostly their is a variety of birds about.

10 minute walk to Russell (15 to 20 mins back up hill) and 5 minute walk to beautiful Long Beach. Private and quiet setting and no exit street.
