Located on the sunny Karikari Peninsula is our cosy barn-style accommodation.
Karikari Fishermans Lodge is 2brm accommodation on the side of an American barn. It's brand new and freshly decorated with modern decor.
It has a kitchenette with breakfast bar with a open-plan lounge room which includes a TV, Projector screen (for watching Movies in a larger scale) and a pool table. This leads out to a private BBQ area with Bar-be-cue, table and chairs and spa pool.
It has 2 good sized rooms. 1 has queen and a single. The other has a queen and single bunks. The bathroom is equipped with shower and w/machine and has gas hot water.
All you need to bring is your beach towels, some DVDs maybe and your sunscreen....as our Summer is always hotter up here.
We have plenty of room to park your car/s and/or boats etc and for the kids to run around on our 5 acre block. Also included is lockable undercover boat storage and boat wash.
We also live on the property (a Cottage 50m from the Barn) so are available should you require anything.
We are 10kms from SH10 along the Peninsula Road, and only minutes from 9 glorious beaches. Also handy to Carringtons Winery, Golf Course, and the award winning Mangonui Fish and Chip Shop.
A great place to base yourselves for exploring the Far North - from Doubtless Bay to Cape Reinga.
