This beach house is located on the beach side of Pauanui Boulevard in a very sought after location, only 2 minutes walk along a path and you are on the sand, near the middle of this paradise beach that stretches for about 3 km.
The house is sunny, spacious and comfortable, an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with dishwasher, are seperate from the 2 bedrooms upstairs via a half flight of stairs.
The lounge flows out to a private patio and barbeque area leading to a sunny deck, which extends around two sides of the house.
The deck at the rear of the house leads you down stairs through a single external door to what was origionally the garage, which has been converted to a 3rd bedroom, also shared with the laundry and second bathroom.
Caution! Sorry but no children under 5 years old, as this house is not safe for babys or young children due to stairs and a (high from the ground) deck around the house
