This beach house is located on the beach side of Pauanui Boulevard in a great location, just a short walk along the path to the middle of the surf beach, within close proximity of the surf club and surf patrolled part of the beach.
The house is sunny, spacious and comfortable, an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with dishwasher, are seperate from the 2 bedrooms upstairs via a half flight of stairs.
The lounge flows out to a private patio and barbeque area leading to a sunny deck, which extends around two sides of the house.
The deck at the rear of the house leads you down stairs through a single external door to what was origionally the garage, which has been converted to a 3rd bedroom, also shared with the laundry and a second bathroom.
