The open plan kitchen has seaviews, dishwasher and easy access to outdoorliving areas and barbq grill. A Hot Springs hot tub is an added luxury.Very close to Formosa golf course, 5 minutes drive to Maraetai Beach and walking distance to Pine Harbour marina and ferry to Downtown and Waiheke island. A private retreat yet only 35 mins from downtown Auckland and 30 minutes to the airport. No smoking please.
