Bathroom has new shower and vanity, separate laundry area.
Outside shower with hot and cold water, perfect to wash all the sand off after a day at the beach. This is only available in summer as water to outside shower is turned off over winter.
There is a lovely sunny deck area, ideal for relaxing while the children play in the secure section.
Very private, flat, fully fenced section with 2 entrances and ample parking.
Views of the sea out towards the lighthouse.
House is fully wheelchair accessable, however commode chair would be needed for toileting and outside shower used for showering.

Fantastic Spot. Sheltered, Private, Quiet and Plenty of space. We were blessed with great weather which saw the deck getting plenty of use. A brilliant crib that we look forward to visiting again in the near future

Owner's reply: TV available on AV through freeview. Outside shower available in summer weather, as pipes freeze over winter.
