A comfortable, cozy, four bedroom sun filled bach situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main road at Lake Rotoma. There is plenty of room for your boat and cars including a great carport.
The beds in each of the four bedrooms are
brand new and all have large wardrobes providing good storage.
The house captures all day sun in an elevated position. There is playground less
than 100 metres away.
It is situated less than three minutes drive to the lake, boat ramp, grocery store/garage (dvds for hire), bottle store, fabulous
cafe/takeaways (internet available) and two minutes drive from Rotoma's Soda Springs.
An additional surcharge of $40.00 is added to the tarrif for cleaning services, so simply do your dishes, take away your rubbish / recycling and we will do the rest.
