On a clear winter's day the snow capped Kaikouras are a treat. If you're really lucky you might see the odd dolphin & occasionally Orca as they feed & pass through the coast/Kapiti Island channel. Fantastic sunsets on clear days. Spacious open plan living/dining area wirh vaulted ceiling. A short stroll along the beach or roadway to the Village which has a great selection of cafes, restaurants, takeaways, & shopping. 1km to golf course.
