The Apartment is very spacious, modern....a home away from home. The kitchen is basic but adequate.....it contains everything you will need...electric frypan, George Foreman grill , double elements,..these items are all kept in the cupboard and you put them on the bench as required.Permantly in place in the kitchen is a microwave and Top Cook oven (big enough to Roast a Chicken in) . The hooded BBQ is substantial, including a wok burner. NO COOKING OF STRONG SMELLING FOOD. 10 minute walk to Tahuna beach..(great for swimming )& ,restaurant & shops etc. 40 to 50 minute walk to Nelson CBD. Bus at Gate. Good offstreet parking. No Pets.....Parties or Loud Music as this a Residential Area. No Smoking ...... Inside or on the property .... Smoking, if necessary, will have to be done up on the top road. No cooking of strong spicy smelling food. CHECK IN ......after 3pm CHECK OUT .... Before 10am $60.00 cleaning fee is to be paid …. All cleaning products supplied.
