Just one and a half hours north of Auckland situated between Waipu and Mangawhai Heads, it is an easy visit to coffee bars, restaurants and specialty food shops. Two top sandbased all weather golf courses are within 15 minutes drive & great fishing and diving off the Northland coast.
This comfortable Langs Beach holiday house is set over a single level and is fully carpeted with indoor/outdoor living. It has three bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is modern with eye level oven, 4 cooking hobs, microwave, ice and water fridge/freezer and 2 drawer dishwasher.
The lounge has a Kent fire for cosy winter evenings. Sky TV is available with all the sports channels. Broadband is also available for your convenience.
An expansive north-facing deck beckons guests outside with magnificent views framed by 100 year old Pohutukawa trees. From the deck one may be lucky enough to see dolphins leaping through the water below.
A few paces from the main house is a sleep out that has two sets of bunks sleeping four people. There is a utility shower and toilet attached to the sleep out.
A few steps further is the fully carpeted 'South Lawn Hut' with a queen sized bed...
