The Homestead on our historic Tinui Station Homestead & Cottage farm property, has been fully restored with 5 queen bedrooms, each with their own ensuites (4 with tea & coffee facilities, bar fridges) Sky TV, free wireless internet access and use of Billiard Room, Library and Formal Lounge/ Dining Room.
Exclusive use of the Homestead and access around the farm property and gardens, with complementary use of our 6 hole 'farm style' golf course and croquet lawn.
Our large 2 storey Homestead is sited in pleasant spacious grounds, with large trees spanning back through the decades to the Oaks & Ashs planted by the original settlers in 1870. Gardens and croquet lawn now enhance the Homestead park setting within our private farm valley. The farm landscape view is also of special appeal with an outlook to the north across our 1066 m (par 23)golf course located within the natural amphitheatre of flats & foothills. Creating a striking backdrop, is prominent mountain rock face on the northern boundary of our property. The farm therefore has pleasant walks including the opportunity to visit NZ's 1st ANZAC Memorial Cross - via a 3 km track to the top of our 'wee mountain'.
