Paua Bach is a new three bedroom house with uninterrupted spectacular views over Palliser Bay and the Kaikoura Mountains. Awesome sunsets.

Situated only 45 minutes south of Martinborough (and ninety minutes from Wellington).

Local attractions include seal colony, Ngawi nine hole golf course, Cape Palliser lighthouse climb, hunting nearby, great diving, fishing, surfing and Ngawi Village has boat launching which is done solely by bulldozers.

Paua Bach is fully equipped with fridge freezer, gas hobbs, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.

All bedding and towels provided.

Spacious outdoor living area complete with BBQ and furniture.

A perfect place for couples to getaway and unwind.

Great diving for paua and crayfish. Excellent fishing. Safe swimming hole for children just below house. Magnificent Putangirua pinnacles walk only 15 minutes drive away. Beautiful waterfall at the historical Stonewall around past the lighthouse.
Seal Colony and amazing rock pools. Excellent hunting a short walk away. Bush walks. Nine hole golf course 5 minute drive away at the Ngawi fishing village.
