Great for families, with plenty to do - swimming, fishing off rocks or beach, snorkelling, diving, bush walks, creeks to dam and pohutakawas to drowse under. For those more adventurous a good surf beach is two minutes drive next door at Waikawau. The home features polished floors, tiled bathroom, three bedrooms, large ensuite, modern kitchen, large casual living area with four sets of trifold doors opening onto the lower deck overlooking the entire bay, bush clad hills with Great Barrier in the distance. For those who like cooking the fresh catch of the day the kitchen has all the mod cons - fan forced oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, 2-drawer dishwasher. On balmy evenings food can be barbequed outside. What more do you need to be able to relax and unwind?
