Located just off the main street of Moana, this 2 storey, comfortable, bright and sunny 2 bedroom, open plan living holiday home is 2 minutes walk to hotel and school playground. Only a 5 minute walk to the Stationhouse cafe/restaurant and railway station. This bach enjoys wonderful panoramic views of Lake Brunner. Watch the fabulous sunsets right from the lounge or from the deck on warmer evenings. There is decking right around the house(please note: not suitable for very young children, supervision required). This home has a well equipped kitchen, LCD TV, DVD player and stereo with ipod dock. Sky TV is available but need own decoder. Plenty of off street parking with a large concreted area to park a boat, kids to ride scooters etc. A very private holiday retreat.

Rates: Rates: Mid week nights (Mon – Thu) - $110.00 per night for two or more nights.
Friday & Saturday nights - $120.00 per night.
Holiday weekends (including Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour weekend and Show weekends) $120 per night (minimum stay of 3 nights),
Xmas and New Year holiday period (please apply for rates)
Rates quoted are for 4 people with a $10 charge for each extra person.
Special rates may apply for longer stays. If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason 21 days or more prior to arrival date you will receive a refund of the deposit made less a $10 administration fee. If you wish to cancel within 21 days of arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be liable for payment of the full period of time originally booked unless the same home is able to be re-let for the same period. If a refund is made it will be less the $10 non refundable administration fee. Should you choose to shorten the length of your stay within 21 days of your arrival date you will still be liable for the full period originally booked. Please choose your dates carefully.

Great place to stay. We had a large boat 8m LOA on trailer and could easily back up the drive. Great views over Lake from property. We will come again.

Enjoy a Scenic drive if coming from Canterbury through Arthurs Pass or take the Tranzalpine train direct from Christchurch to Moana, operates daily. Greymouth is only a 25 min drive away. Iveagh Bay a short 5 minute drive. Lake Brunner is a fantastic lake for boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Enjoy wonderful bush walks for all ages and abilities in and around Moana. The swing bridge over the Arnold River leads onto a short bush walk and the beach on the other side of Lake Brunner. The Stationhouse Cafe, Lake Brunner Pub, the Service station and Camp shop all provide food and beverages.
