A lovely sunny near-new, 4 bedroom house on one of the biggest, flat sections at Lake Tarawera. Sleeps up to 9 in the house suiting two families holidaying together and is safe for small children. It’s just a short walk to the lakefront with safe swimming, fishing and wonderful lakefront walking tracks. Close to Stony Point boat ramp, beach, park and playground.
There are tons of things for the kids to do from playing cricket, touch-rugby, or soccer etc on the large front lawn.
Inside the house is a modern contemporary fully equipped kitchen, a large family room with TV, video and stereo and modern bathrooms. The bedrooms are generous sizes with comfy beds. The master bedroom has it’s own balcony with view over the lake.
A large sunny front deck overlooks the lake and Mt Tarawera in the distance and includes bar-b-que and outdoor eating furniture. It’s great for bar-b-que meals and entertaining.
In winter there’s a lovely fire that warms the whole house making it very cosy (wood supplied).
The section is fully fenced with easy parking for cars and boats.
While Lake Tarawera is secluded and "away from it all", it’s just a 20-minute drive to Rotorua City that offers many holiday activities.
