4 bdrm, 2 bathrm house, open plan kitchen/dining with separate lounge. Dining area leads to outdoor entertaining area, superbly placed for maximum afternoon and evening sun. House is well heated with two heat pumps, one in the lounge, the other in the entrance/hallway area, leading to the bedrooms. These can also be used as cooling units in the hot Central Otago summer.
The house is situated in the suburb of Riverside Park.
Wanaka has world class ski resorts within easy distance and in summer, lakes, rivers, mountainbiking and walking tracks all close by.
Our holiday home is perfectly placed for a break away from everyday routines. As we wish to create a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere within the house we have chosen not to have a television. The Albert Town tavern does a good bistro meal and shows most sporting events for those keen to keep up with these games.

Walking distance to Clutha River, children's playground, tennis courts, corner store and tavern. Enjoy the mountain views in the relaxed setting of peaceful Albert Town, only a brief 3 min drive to central Wanaka.
