The spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area contains a gas fire for clean and instant heat and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level are two comfy bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry. On a different level, the generous master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. You can relax here from the raised bath whilst taking in the majestic mountains.
Outdoor living is also offered on the patio with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. Alternatively, enjoy a coffee or wine on the lounge balcony.There is off-street parking.
Opposite the house is a bus stop, if you decide not to walk to town. Ski buses also pick up and drop off here in the ski season. A taxi ride to town is only about $10. Bar and restaurant facilities are available at nearby hotels if you chose to stay close to home. Other nearby facilities include a shop, takeaway and restaurant.

Great house, good value for money, very comfortable, awesome views. Handy to Queenstwon (couple of mins by car) and very regular No. 9 bus service across the road (every 20-30 mins or so).
