Latitude splits four double bedrooms over two levels, each bedroom with an ensuite and its own ocean-facing balcony. Beautifully appointed, this is understated, relaxed luxury without compromise.

Switch off completely and enjoy fresh seafood and local wine with nothing but the view for distraction, or indulge in an evening of movie watching in front of the flatscreen TV.

Accessible by boat, helicopter, or float plane, Latitude has its own floating jetty and deepwater wharf, in addition to two heavy moorings.

Proprietors and hosts John and Nicky Fisher can ferry guests to and from Picton or Waikawa in their boat, which has ample space and the capability to cross the waters in any condition.

Your holiday can be as laid back or action packed as you wish, while you can have your every whim catered for, or look after yourself entirely.

John and Nicky can tailor packages and activities for everyone to enjoy. Whether it's fishing, sailing, waterskiing, diving, walking the many beautiful tracks, relaxing on one of the Sounds many private beaches, lunch at Punga Cove or just a day out cruising on the water, after living in the region for more than 25 years they can show you the best of what the Queen Charlotte Sounds has to offer.

Evenings are best spent on the balcony enjoying Marlborough wine, local fare from the farms of the region or fresh fish, scallops, paua, mussels and crayfish, all of which can be caught from the surrounding waters.
