John's House is suitable for two couples, a couple with children, or even the centre for a conference where others stay nearby. The elegant and spacious living and dining areas are ideal for entertaining. The large lawn areas are ideal for functions.
John's house is located in a secluded and private setting on the banks of the Karamu Stream, yet only minutes from central Havelock North Village cafes, the Strawberry Patch, Farmers' Market, Te Mata Peak and Splash Planet.
Golf, wine, beaches, spectacular scenery, fishing, biking, hiking etc are all at your doorstep, or simply 'stay awhile in kiwi style' and enjoy the extraordinary ambience of this very special property.
Generous breakfast provisions on arrival, including a bottle of wine and a selection of homegrown organic fruit, herbs, and vegetables in season.
Collection from the airport or bus depot can be arranged - an extra charge may apply. Bicylces and use of the owners pool available on request. Use of a motorcar can be arranged. We are pet friendly but only by prior arrangement and with strict provisos!
